Website Design Process
Our website design process is designed to be as simple as possible for the client. There are four main steps to the process.
Choose Your Solutions Package
We have several web solutions packages. Before we begin, you need to decide which of the website design packages best fits your needs. Feel free to contact us with any questions or for assistance.
Once you decide on a solutions package, just click the Buy Now button below the package to pay your 50% deposit and fill out and submit our website questionnaire
Information Gathering
Once you have chosen your web solutions package, we ask that you fill out our basic website design questionnaire. If necessary, we will gather more in-depth information about your business when necessary by either e-mail or phone. Also, any company literature and materials that you may have are always appreciated. You may either e-mail, fax or mail those materials. At this point, we would also ask that you provide us with any pictures or images you would like included via e-mail, or if not digital photos, through regular mail (we will scan and return to you). We would also ask that you provide us any copy you would like included on the website. You may wait to provide this until you see the basic design if that would help you get a better feel for the layout and your copy needs.
Basic Design Approval
Once you have decided on your package, we will begin working right away. After learning about your organization through information gathering, we will work up a working model or template of your new website. This will allow you to see the look and functionality of your website and approve and make suggestions prior to customization.
Complete Site Approval
Once we have combined all your information and our design, we will upload the finished product to one of our test sites, so you may view and test your new website in a real, live environment. As soon as we get any revisions or suggestions and approval from you, your new website will go live!
On average, the entire website design process from package selection to your new site going live will take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the solutions package or any customizations.
