Domains and Hosting
What is a domain name?
A domain name is your websites home on the internet. For example: www.dwwebsolutions.com. Domain names are registered with domain registrars. In other words, you basically lease domain names from registrars for a set period of time always with the option to renew.
What is web hosting?
All websites must be saved on servers to allow users to access them. The company that hosts or keeps your websites files is called your web host. Hosting fees vary and are usually paid either monthly or yearly. Think of paying for hosting as paying the rent for your website.
What if I already have a domain name and/or web hosting?
It is perfectly fine for you to use a domain name you have already registered and/or prearranged web hosting. Both of these are included in all of our web solutions packages already, but we can set up your new site using your existing domain on your existing host should you request it. In order to use a domain who already have, we must have access to your DNS server information. For other hosting, we will need FTP (file transfer protocol) access and login information.
Can you guarantee that I'll get the domain name I want?
No. We cannot guarantee that your first choice of a domain name will be available. Only one site is allowed to have each unique domain name. If the domain you desire is already registered by someone else, we will work with you to come up with a viable alternative that is available.

Website Design Packages and Process
I've looked at the packages you have available and none of them seem to include everything I need.
The website packages we offer are made to meet the common needs of most companies. If you are needing something a bit different or wish to combine aspects of the four, contact us and we will work with you to come up with a customized solution.
How long will it take for my new site to be completed?
Typically, your new website will be finished and online within 4-6 weeks. The time it takes us to complete the different phases of our design process is dependent on the amount of time it takes to collaborate with and receive feedback from you.
How will you gather the information needed to write copy and design my website?
We will start by asking you to fill out our website design questionnaire. If we have further questions, we will contact you and make sure we feel comfortable in understanding your organization's objectives, mission and desires for your site.
I have pictures or images I'd like included on my site, but they are not digital, is there a way for you to include them?
Definitely. If your graphics or pictures are not available in digital form or you are not able to scan them, you may send them to us via US Mail. We will scan them and return them in the same condition as soon as possible.
I keep hearing/reading about SEO or search engine optimization, do you provide those services?
We have a two-fold method of content creation for your site. First and foremost, we focus on making the effective copy that is reader friendly. At the same time, we keep up with trends in SEO and try to ensure that your pages are optimized for the keywords of your intended audience.

Pricing and Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. We can accept credit or debit cards or e-check payments via Paypal. You may make payments via our payments page or pay your deposit by clicking the "Buy Now" button on the package page.
If you need to arrange a different method of payment, please contact us and we will be happy to work something out.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a 50% deposit with the solutions agreement. The remainder of the fee is due upon your approval of the final website design.

The Fine Print
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You do not have to sign a contract with us.
If I decide not to renew my service with you, what happens to my website?
Once the website is complete and the final design approved, the website belongs to you. You are welcome at any time to move to a different host or maintain the site yourself.
